The companies are also sharing nurses’ staffs which were sold off heavily during autumn. The nation is facing nursing shortage nowadays as aids are rising in the society.
Steve Filton who is the chief financial officer of hospital operator Universal Health Services are also giving stress on the use of temporary nurse as nowadays the healthcare facilities are declining. The recession is rising with the decrease of unemployment. If they hire nurses from staffing agency it will cost 20% more than employing one to staff.
